Butte Turtle, Butte Tuna and Bitte Tree

Butte is a Deutch old-age travel cage, and each box tells a environmental story about injustice made in nature. The life of a turtle, the life of a tunafish and the life of a tree. Each box has an hand drawn print on it that tells these stories. As you can see, the boxes come in three different sizes and colors. These boxes were made in 2010 by Established and Sons, and you can buy them at www.establishedandsons.com.

BookBook

Jeg vet jeg har skrevet endel om Macintosh i bloggen, men det er fordi det er så utrolig mye spennende tilbehør man kan få til den! Her er et nytt Mac-cover som heter BookBook. 

Coveret ser ut som en bok, og man kan få den i brunt, sort og rødt. Når man har med seg BookBook så ser det ut som man har med seg en bok, men så er det en Macbook som gjemmer seg inni der! BookBook finnes også til iPad i de samme fargene som til Mac.

Porcelain knobs

These knobs are from Kvist, and are made of porcelain in different beautiful colors. I like these knobs a lot, and they can be used as doorknobs, kitchenknobs, cabinetknobs or hooks. You can get them in these beautiful pastel colors, and  the small ones cost 95NOK and the big ones 99NOK. You can easily make a relatively boring and impersonal furniture stand out by changing small things as the knobs. You can get a lot of different ones almost anywhere, but these you can get at www.kvist-visdal.no. They have a webshop, so you can order from home.

A thousand origamibirds in the sky

OK, I know origami isn't the most interesting thing in the world, but never the less, I had to post this picture. Look at all those birds! I think it's really beautiful, and I'm sure it must have taken a lot of time. There's so many of them! Actually, I know how to make origami Christmas-orniments.. Too bad I didn't blog in december so I could have shown you how to do it... I love to make them in different colors, or you can make them in old newspaper if you like that nostalgic look. I'll show you next year! 

It's a bright new world

I think this picture is really great, and I like that the globe isn't in the traditional colors (blue, green, brown, yellow etc.) but instead in white and gray! I wouldn't mind having this globe at home, although it's not at the top of my wishlist. Geography isn't my best subject, so what a great way to learn all the cities! Haha. It's always great when you can find good reasons and justify why you should by something you don't really need.
